The built in Windows VPN client has the option as: VPN type: L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key. The only other option is L2TP/IPsec with certificate. The is no IPsec on it's own. There will be more users with Macs that will need to use VPN for this site, and as you/Netgear have advised that IPsec is the oply option, we need to try and get this
